“Intent of the Constitution”
What did the Founders intend when they created a new government in 1787? There is much to comment on but the the talk will focus mainly on the current issues that relate to the original Constitution such as impeachments, emoluments, and the role of the President. I will also spend time on the nature of the Electoral College, voting rights, and respresentation in Congress.
