HumanLight Celebration

Join us on Wednesday, December 23rd, to celebrate HumanLight, the Humanist celebration of the Winter holiday season!

Although we can meet in person, this year Humanist and freethinker groups from all around the country will be joining together on ZOOM. Our program will include candle lighting and performances by singer/songwriter Lea Morris, comedian Krish Mohan, and more, followed by break-out rooms for games and socializing!

HumanLight is a celebration of the winter season conceived by the New Jersey Humanist Network as a humanist or secular alternative to traditional religious celebrations. It features music and the lighting of three candles celebrating Reason, Compassion, and Hope. HumanLight was first celebrated in 2001 in New Jersey and has since spread throughout the country.
