“Effects of the 1033 Program on U.S. Law Enforcement”
BES member Laura Griffin will introduce Ms. Jessica Katzenstein, who will speak about her research into the effects of the 1033 Program on U.S. Law Enforcement. Katzenstein is a Ph.D. candidate in Anthropology at Brown University. She is conducting field research in Baltimore this summer.
