“Anti-racist Work in Ethical Culture”

I’ve been on an intentional journey of learning how to dismantle white supremacy within my own life for several years, and out of that I most recently led book discussions on “White Fragility” for the AEU. I joined the Leadership Committee of the AEU to build anti-racist structures that will help us support and employ Leaders of color, and spur a process of change that will make Ethical Culture overall more inviting to BIPOC people.

Kate LaClair is a member of the Baltimore Ethical Society and is presenting this platform as a part of our “Summer Sundays” when we invite our members to present on topics of interest to them.
